Tally is a wonderful girl. She is so kind and always willing to help and never does anything without a smile. If you know a Tally you have no idea how lucky you are. She is one in a million. Tally's love fashion, and makeup but are very stylish and know what's in. They can piece together any piece of clothing and make it look HOT.
