Females:

A lifestyle, a pastime. No. A downright obsession. Whether it's shoes, clothes, body lotions or for a new boyfriend, women can never get enough shopping.

Males:
An occasional trip to the supermarket for something along the lines of booze, chips and possibly some soda.

Female:
OMG. I can't wait to go shopping tonight!

Male:
I have to go shopping with the wifey and pick up some Buds for the game tonight.

shopped

When an image is altered by an image manipulation program such as Adobe Photoshop (from where the adjective is derived), it is said to be shopped. This usually has the connotation that the subject matter is impossible or unrealistic, such as unusually sized mammaries or unexpected phalluses.
