A person, most often male in nature, generally pleasing to the eyes, that constantly speaks of themselves, and how often they hit the gym, bang chicks, go to the tanning salon, and get drunk, while wearing too much product in their hair and/or medium sized chains around their necks. The worst tools will not have jobs, have lower than average intellect, and date girls stupid enough to pay for everything.
