Like the term famously known as 'cock block,' a 'mock block' brings a friend down, and he/she is not able to make a crappy comment because they have already been called out.

To be fucked over, screwed over, or have your life get that much worse. The "speedbump" that horribly fucks up your once perfect life. This occurs when your life is already rock-bottom and God throws you a shovel.
