A word meaning a "Violence Restaining Order", in which XXXTentacion uses in his song "Look at me."
It is to say that his partner was being Violent or filing a restraining order to make the partner pay for the things that she's done to him.
VRO can also mean "Very Rare Only", as interpreted from some people. It can also mean an alternative to "bro", as the letter V can be used to signify the word "vision".
