1. An answer relating to a question posed by one possessing something another person may want.

2. An affirmative answer when nothing else can be said.

1. Jim: "Hey man, want a shot?"
Henry: "I'll take"

2. Pat: "What are you going to do now that your girlfriend left you?"
Jake: "I'll take"
