Trans women, also known as "mtf" (male to female) or "Transgender woman" is a man who regards himself as a female (either privately or publicly).
The overwhelming cause for this state of mind as documented by the literature is Gender Dysphoria(GD)/Autogynephilic(AGP). Both are metal/sexual disorders characterized mainly by the view and feeling of oneself as a female.
GD and AGP are disorders known for making the sufferer feel like the other sex and therefore choosing to be present as a female is the a common treatment.

A biological male or man who is mentally unstable and can't accept the fact fact they are a MAN born with testicals ! They are Sperm producers meaning that if contact with a biological female or woman they can impregnate them. They call themselves women but there bodies are shaped or sculpted differently compare to a biological woman, a real woman's pelvic is much more broader and wider due to child birth compare to a biological male. Real women are naturally born with or designed with vaginas, uterus and ovaries. Real women do not have a penis and testicals. No matter how much gender reassignment y'all go through you all will never be a real woman, just remember y'all are born males and will always will be a BIOLOGICAL MAN!
