The act of blowing one's nose without a handkerchief or tissue. It usually involves holding one nostril closed with one's forefinger, and exhaling quickly to expel any snot from the other nostril. Also known as Nebraska hanky

I was walking in the bush the other day and dust had clogged my nose up. I didn't have a tissue, so did a bush spit onto the ground.
