I was in a conversation about a story and someone asked whether to be flattered or offended. I created ottered.

Person1 - "Did you hear what that story said? "
Person2 -"Yes, I did. Are you flattered or offended?"
Person1 - "I'm feeling rather ottered."

Ottered, the word for when you both want to be flattered and offended.

"I'm flattered, but offended. . . What's the word again"
"You mean Ottered, right?"
"Yes! Thank you."
