An individual who is counter productive to themself and society. Lacks ability to achieve minor tasks and opperate as regular member of society. Usually flakes out of any plans or arrangement with friends.

My buddy failed all of his classes and hasn’t left his house in weeks, he pulled a real Costa this semester.
