Franko is a person that often creates a faux pas around certain social conventions and expectations – usually leading to awkward situations. Although a Franko has the desire to create harmony with others, his blunt form of expression and mannerisms tends to alienate others. Candid, neurotic, and unintentional tactlessness - but generally disposed to pursue what he perceives to be the right course in life. It is said that there is a higher concentration of Franko's in Oakland California, usually in front of a taco truck.
