formerly

A dysfunctional family that was once functional, a disowned family, and/or a term used by family member who wishes to speak of his family in a past tense.

"I don't talk to my formerly anymore"; "I haven't seen a member of my formerly for a long time now."; "I come from a dysfunctional formerly".

formerly Twitter

Refusing Mr. Musk's *bs* execution of the beloved Tweety Bird, users have taking to calling the service "formerly Twitter" rather than it's obscure new name: X (formerly Twitter)

Did you see what Musk is putting out on formerly Twitter?

formerly-known-as

Your X - or ex - with a nod to the convolutions of Twitter.

"Check out the babe."
"No need. ... She's my formerly-known-as"
"Sorry."

formerly enjoyed companion

The politically correct term for your slut ex girl friend.

I used to bang Megan but now she's just a formerly enjoyed companion.

formerly verified

If someone is “formerly verified” it means they are a white supremacist. The term was coined by Stephen Colbert after hearing Twitter was removing the blue check mark from white supremacist accounts

I think that guy over there was “formerly verified” if you catch my drift
