"Kerr" is an up and coming gang, starting in the New York City area that is anti-illuminati. There are certain levels of what type of kerr you can be, and can be changed at any time through "demotions". You can recognize people in this group by their random shouts of kerr kur and their "kerr" conversations, which are very recognizable.

Kerr usually describes a beast or a brick wall who is a complete tank. If anyone would of run into Kerr they would of been paralyzed with a bit of brain damage and have to eat out of a sippy cup for the rest of their lives
