Someone who enjoys cleaning too much, too the point where the only pleasure they can get is mopping the floor. They enjoy it to the point where they are moaning while vacuuming.

Joe: Ohh yeah ohh yeah thats the stuff.
Fred: Joe why are you moaning while you are mopping the floor?
