Cloure: A girl who is a whore for clout. She’ll do almost anything for clout; Loves when people tell her she has clout. Usually a Cloure is a girl who dresses with major clout and acts like a thot for extra clout points. Her friends have to have clout, and so do the guys she talks too. She’s desperate for clout points and fame.

Person: “Aye check out that girl, She has mad clout.”
Other Person: “Yeah dude, she’s a total Cloure.”
