Sometimes 'al' is used, however, it means 'actually lying' and is used following the usage of 'ngl' in a sarcastic usage. Or, in other instances.

When you are with your friends (most likely in trios) and you state something exagerated or a lie and only you and one other person knows about it, then you both stare at each other to make sure that both of you acknowledged that only you two know it, this is ACL.
